Typographical Errors
In the event that a Holy Lands RPG product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Holy Lands RPG reserves the right to
refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Holy Lands RPG reserves the right to refuse or
cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has
already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Holy Lands RPG shall issue a credit to your credit card
account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping
process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Holy Lands RPG without notice at any time, for
any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and
Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
Notice
Holy Lands RPG may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to
the address you have provided to Holy Lands RPG.
Miscellaneous
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of California, U.S.A., without regard to
choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that
jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including
but not limited to the purchase of Holy Lands RPG products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County,
California. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of Holy
Lands RPG products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Holy Lands RPG's failure to
insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of
any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these
terms and conditions. Holy Lands RPG may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without
notice to you.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly
forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Holy Lands RPG or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as
other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any
content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or
otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may
otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to
solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization. You may not upload to,
distribute, or otherwise publish from this site any content that requires an individual account or requires a purchase to receive.
All information and aspects of this sight are for single use and distribution of “goods” in any fashion is subject to user
termination and/or punishable by law.
Image Prohibitions
(a) Prohibited Uses. You may not do anything with the Images that is not expressly permitted in the preceding section or
permitted by an Extended License given through Faith Quest Games. For greater certainty, the following are “Prohibited Uses”
and you may not:
1. use the Images/Content in design template applications, whether on-line or not, including, without limitation, website
templates, Flash templates, business card templates, electronic greeting card templates, and brochure design templates;
2. use or display the Images on websites or other venues designed to induce or involving the sale, license or other
distribution of “on demand” products, including postcards, mugs, t-shirts, posters and other items. (this includes custom
designed websites);
3. use the Images in any posters (printed on paper, canvas or any other media) or other items for resale, license or other
distribution for profit or derogatory advertisements;
4. use any of the Images/Content as part of a trade-mark, design-mark, trade-name, business name, service mark, or logo;
5. incorporate the Images/Content in any product that results in a re-distribution or re-use of the Images/Content (such as
electronic greeting card web sites, web templates and the like) or is otherwise made available in a manner such that a person
can extract or access or reproduce the Content as an electronic file;
6. use the Images/Content in a fashion that is considered by Faith Quest Games and Subsidiaries (acting reasonably) as or
under applicable law is considered pornographic, obscene, immoral, infringing, defamatory or libelous in nature, or that would
be reasonably likely to bring any person or property reflected in the Content into disrepute;
7. use or display any Content that features a model or person in a manner that (i) would lead a reasonable person to think
that such person uses or personally endorses any business, product, service, cause, association or other endeavor; or (ii) that
depicts such person in a potentially sensitive subject matter, including, but not limited to mental and physical health issues,
social issues, sexual or implied sexual activity or preferences, substance abuse, crime, physical or mental abuse or ailments,
or any other subject matter that would be reasonably likely to be offensive or unflattering to any person reflected in the
Content;
8. to the extent that source code is contained within the Images/Content, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part
of such source code;
9. remove any notice of copyright, trade-mark or other proprietary right from any place where it is on or embedded in the
Content;
10. sub-license, re-sell, rent, lend, assign, gift or otherwise transfer or distribute the Images/Content or the rights
granted under this Agreement;
11. install and use the Images/Content in more than one location at a time or post a copy of the Content on a network
server or web server for use by other users; This action will be pursued to the fullest in a court of law.
12. use or display the Images/Content in an electronic format that enables it to be downloaded or distributed via mobile
devices or shared in any peer-to-peer or similar file sharing arrangement;
13. use the Content for editorial purposes without including the following credit adjacent to the Images/Content:

Participation Disclaimer
Holy Lands RPG does not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users accessing the site,
and is not in any manner responsible for the content of these communications and materials on affiliated forums and blogs. You
acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute user-generated content on the site for individual use,
Holy Lands RPG is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability
relating to any contents or activities on the site, blogs, forums and/or related sites, blogs, and forums. However, Holy Lands
RPG reserves the right to block or remove communications or materials that it determines to be (a) abusive, defamatory, or
obscene, (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, (c) in violation of a copyright, trademark or; other intellectual property
right of another or (d) offensive or otherwise unacceptable to Holy Lands RPG in its sole discretion.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Holy Lands RPG, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and
suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable
attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including
negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
Third-Party Links
In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, Holy Lands RPG may link to sites operated by third parties.
However, even if the third party is affiliated with Holy Lands RPG, Holy Lands RPG has no control over these linked sites,
all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Holy Lands RPG. These linked sites are only
for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, Holy Lands RPG seeks to protect the
integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but
