The first thing that you need to do in order to play HolyLandsRPG is sign-up. Once you sign-up, you will be sent an email message to confirm your email address. When you receive the email, click the link provided in order to confirm your account.

Once you have signed up and your account is active, you might consider upgrading your account to either a Player Account or Rac Account. With the free account, also known as a Member Account, you are far more limited in what you can do in the long term to play Holy Lands RPG. Although a Member Account allows you to get a feel for the game and understand the fundamentals, which is its sole purpose, the Player Accounts and Rac Accounts use significantly more online resources to store character and campaign data. Thus, there is a small charge for those accounts. See the Account Table Matrix to compare the different account types.
Now that you have an account set up, feel free to browse the rest of the website as much as you like. You can check out the rules, the monsters, the weapons, the settlements of the known world, and more in order to get comfortable with the fundamentals of the game.
